Unsubscribe from custom activity stream

I have created a custom activity stream and subscribed to it (e-mail). Upon receiving a digest I have clicked on Unsubscribe link in the mail:

On the website, after clicking on Unsubscribe button, I have been redirected to a page with permission error.

Note: I am logged as administrator at the time I see the error. The URL of the page is https://example.com/discover/1/?do=unsubscribe

Is the admin subscribed to this stream or your alternative account?

I have used Administrator to perform all steps: subscribe to the stream as Administrator and unsubscribe as Administrator.

Are you probably already unsubscribed from the stream?

No. I am still subscribed to the stream. The page I see when I click on Unsubscribe link in E-Mail is https://example.come/discover/1/?do=unsubscribe.

Note: the stream ID should be 6 and not 1. When I manually replace the ID in URL, then it works as desired. 

It looks like an unsubscribe link in E-Mail contains the false stream ID. It is a test server. I will try to reproduce it on the live one.
