Subscribing a group

Hi Guys

 

Is it possible to subscribe a particular group to notifications of a page or forum? We run subscriptions and we add benefits such as discounts for our subscribers, but would like to automatically ssend a notification of when a new post has been added.

 

Is this possible to mass subscribe to a page or forum section?

 

Update: i mean "follow this forum" feature
