Meap Posted November 5, 2021 Posted November 5, 2021 I installed the coinbase commerce plugin just now and now no one is able to login anymore, I cannot even go into my adminCP....... Please help!!!! 😞 I don't know what to do The website works but you're unable to log in and you get http 500 errors every now and then I do get email notification of login on new device but I do not get past this mysql server has gone away error I have not changed any login details of mysql.
Adriano Faria Posted November 5, 2021 Posted November 5, 2021 If you’re self hosted, use the Recovery Mode: Recovery Mode then uninstall or disable the plugin and request support to the dev. Â

Solution Jim M Posted November 6, 2021 Solution Posted November 6, 2021 Unfortunately, the error there is that your MySQL server is not accepting a connection from the software. As mentioned, using Recovery Mode to login to your ACP and disable the application would determine if this is related to the application or not. However, the log you just provided further details a database connection issue so that may not be possible. If that is the case, you will need to contact your hosting provider for assistance with the connection to your database.
