Marc Posted October 29, 2021 Posted October 29, 2021 Please update your access information on file. You can do this from your client area, by selecting your license, then clicking "Review/Update Access Information" under the "Stored Access Information" section.
Marc Posted October 29, 2021 Posted October 29, 2021 Before we do anything else, please disable all 3rd party items and then test this again. You have quite a lot of errors in your system logs related to those
kims79 Posted October 29, 2021 Author Posted October 29, 2021 I just tried, same problem disabling everything from the support 😕
Marc Posted October 29, 2021 Posted October 29, 2021 I have created a ticket for you on this, and will get it escalated to see what the problem is
Solution Marc Posted November 8, 2021 Solution Posted November 8, 2021 Just taking a look back at your issue there, and I believe this was an issue with mod_security. Just adding here for anyone else who may have the same issue
kims79 Posted November 9, 2021 Author Posted November 9, 2021 Right, the problem came from mod-security which is set to extra-sensitive here (following a wave of scans that is growing in recent weeks). We use Comodo rules and what is strange is that google was the only one blocked, API calls Discord, facebook, twitter... works fine 🙂 Marc and Daniel F 1 1
