So you know in the forum settings then you set up a new "Discussions", You can disable or enable Users can see topics posted by other users
I want it disabled so they can't see other users post, but at the same time i want them to see the Pinned Threads in the forum

"In a forum where users can only see their own topic as possible to configure in forum settings, is it possible to see other topics made by other people, that are pinned?"

Not out of the box. That will require a custom plugin.

Do you know any plugins that can do that, That works on the newest version?

I do not remember seen any such plugin. Have a look at the Marketplace btw. If there is such plugin, it will be there.

If there is not any, you can request one in the request forum.

Do you mean when requesting one? Franky it does not matter much what it says in the title as long as you give a detailed description in the post. It could be something like this for ex: Need a plugin to extend viewing topics permission.

What is the intention of the requirement?

To inform people?(read)

Or to allow them to engage ( reply) to the pinned topics?

To inform people, as Format, and template's

37 lines (after removing multiple returns) reduced behind an expandable quote.

Obviously, we don't know your content, there might be LOADS of these...but there are options.

If description isn't suitable, then you are going to need a customisation so see how the request goes.
