How to delete content uploaded to a database?

I have custom upload (image) fields. I do not see any way to delete the older content (images) I've uploaded.
Surely I don't have to re-enter the whole record to get rid of 1 image..!?

The background tasks should clean this up. It will take a bit as its not officially orphaned until its completely gone so if you have the "soft delete" option then it won't be until after its perma deleted.

There is actually a bug in Pages that does not clean/delete uploaded record images and images uploaded via fields of type Upload. The images are indeed orphaned. I have reported the bug and this should be fixed in the next release.

We've actually located and fixed few bugs while looking at the above bug:)
