Tip/Donate to send $ to an Author

At one point I had an addon/plugin called "Tip Author" that allowed users to make a donation, or Tip, other users such as a file author.  It looks like the developer has since abandoned the addon and it hasn't been updated in a long while.  I haven't come across any other addons/plugin's that do the same thing, but I think others would use it. 

My site called this "Beer Me" as it allowed users to show their appreciation to another user by sending a small donation "buy a beer" to someone that helped them.  

This addon simply allowed users to enter a donation amount and send via PayPal or another payment gateway to another member.  Admin could specify which users/usergroup were allowed to enable/accept donations/tips. Tips could then be done from directly from the download page, the users profile, or enabled in the forums for that user. 

This is an example of how I had it setup on 4.2 or 4.3.

Yes, this is sorely lacking to keep the forum active. But judging by the date of this topic, this request was ignored.
