Invision Community 4: SEO, prepare for v5 and dormant account notifications By Matt Monday at 02:04 PM
BankFodder Posted September 4, 2020 Posted September 4, 2020 (edited) We use the excellent automatic social media promotion plugin by @Adrian A. We have upgraded to 4.5 and so I have been fiddling around in the admincp trying to get things right. I've changed something - but I don't know what so that our autotweets have changed from this: To this - with a huge logo:- Does anyone have any idea where this logo is being called from? https://twitter.com/Real_CAG Thanks Edited September 4, 2020 by BankFodder
BankFodder Posted September 4, 2020 Author Posted September 4, 2020 (edited) Actually I've just found the source of the graphic/icon. It's in icons and logos> default share images I deleted it and this is the resulting auto tweet: When I upload a smaller graphic to fit in the little square to the left of the tweet, simply scales up and gives a very large but blurry image. I don't know how I can get back to our original small neat graphic which I posted in the post above this one Edited September 4, 2020 by BankFodder tnn 1

's plugin but have a similar issue of no image. Edited October 8, 2020 by tnn
BankFodder Posted October 8, 2020 Author Posted October 8, 2020 Sorry, I should have come back some time ago. The developer very kindly came up with this solution Quote <meta name="twitter:card" content="summary_large_image"> hence the large image in your tweets. So for smaller images inside your tweets you should use <meta name="twitter:card" content="summary"> In the meta data tnn and Adrian A. 1 1

Did you put the meta data in the header, or did you use the SEO feature in admin?
BankFodder Posted October 8, 2020 Author Posted October 8, 2020 Flag it up to the developer - he will understand it better than me
