Need to modify the header

i would like to modify  litle in the header which i write the name of the site see the screenshot

Any idea or if there is  other topic which have more info in modify the header  that will be help full.

You would make changes to custom.css to modify the text colour, size, etc. Refer to the Guides section about using Easy Mode for editing themes.

im using the 4.5 is easy mode there ???

I would suspect so - I didn't see any mention of them removing such a vital feature from 4.5....

The easy mode theme editor is still present in 4.5 yes.

Note: You can launch the visual editor at any time, even long after you've created the theme. However, if you convert an Easy Mode theme to a normal theme, you can't go back and use the visual editor.

If you don't see the button for easy editor, your theme either doesn't have it or was already converted to normal...here is some more info on Easy Mode:
