Genestoy Posted June 14, 2020 Posted June 14, 2020 I have been getting longtime members that have obviously lost their password or forgotten their username and try to login but can't and they can't reset their password because they no longer have the email address they registered with years ago. I of course get notification of the bounced emails when they try to reset their password. How do they reset their password or update their email address when this occurs? Is it even possible? IPB 4.4.10 Thanks

Genestoy Posted June 15, 2020 Author Posted June 15, 2020 Thanks Brandon, some do and some never return so was hoping for some alternate way to accomplish this? Maybe a notice on the lost password page/popup with a contact admin button if their email has changed since registration? Thanks
