Slow requests IPS 4.4.10 + PHP 7.3

Spec:
CPU 1 vCore + 2 GB RAM (I know it's very poor, but just want test my forums before)
Debian 10 + Nginx + PHP 7.3
+ MariaDb 10.1.41 (but database in separate server)

I'm not sure if it's my poor vpn issue, but if you have any idea how to fix my issue I will be appreciated.

You better put CentOS 7 + Nginx + PHP 7.3.6 + MySql 5.7.30 on VPS and choose at least 2 cores and memory from 2 GB RAM, or rent hosting for money may even be cheaper with less problems
