After recently discovering that nearly a 1/5 of my membership base are fake accounts, is it possible to run the spam defence stuff on existing members accounts?

Would certainly make it easier than having to go through each account and unsub them from bulk email, or check bounced emails and delete accounts accordingly.

You can go through and mark them as spammers, but you can't reprocess accounts through the spam prevention service which only runs on registration.
