Invision Community 4: SEO, prepare for v5 and dormant account notifications By Matt Monday at 02:04 PM
Kieran Walsh Posted March 14, 2020 Posted March 14, 2020 I feel kind of silly posting, but I need some help. The forum for my organization has been active for 5 years. New leadership for the organization is now in place and we need to make some edits to our forums. My backend helper is no longer with us and I need to figure out how to access what I need on the backend to made edits. I'm familiar with other forums, but not with Invision. Where do I start? Thanks

bfarber Posted March 16, 2020 Posted March 16, 2020 Once logged in with your admin account, you can click on the AdminCP in your user menu at the top right to access the AdminCP. Without knowing specifically what it is you are trying to edit and/or locate it's hard for anyone to really give you much advice, however. Kieran Walsh 1

bfarber Posted March 17, 2020 Posted March 17, 2020 Then that would indicate you do not have AdminCP access. You're going to find it incredibly difficult to administer the forum if you don't have AdminCP access. You may wish to submit a ticket for further assistance. Meddysong 1
