Where is the setting to view IP history? – Site moderation

On the site moderation page where you have access to all the IP addresses that a particular member has used, there is a link to each post or thread.

As admin of our forum I can access that – but our moderating team are getting error messages and being told that they don't have the authority.

I can't find the setting to allow them to have access.

Can anyone help please?

AdminCP > Members > Moderators. Edit the moderators group (or individual members) and make sure General > "Can use IP Tools" is selected.
