When I add a video and it try to embed. Error happens.

1. Please provide the URL of the link.  It may be that the endpoint of the video service is not available 

2. Did you test on the default theme?

Given that the video embedded here, I assume this issue is only happening on your community?

I would check your browser console for any javascript errors - that "undefined" makes me think there's a javascript error occurring. Otherwise, I could only recommend submitting a ticket as we'll need to test directly on your site.
