mobile view for my community

Hello Everyone, my question is in the future will there be a way to see your site in a mobile like view from the desktop, without just pulling out the phone to view it? And also while I'm at it , orientation of the elements or blocks in mobile view , will it be improved upon in terms of layout when I go to view my site from a phone . I find the blocks aren't as controllable in terms of placement in mobile view.

Use dev tools Chrome

It’s all one responsive layout. To get the mobile view on desktop, you can just resize the browser window or use developer tools for even more control. 

Each block has a setting to appear on mobile/tablet and desktop. Using that, you can fine tune the different views.
