Does anyone know of a good backup plugin? Maybe something with S3 integration and scheduling that sends all files and DBs?

Seems strange that one does not exist.

Backing up a site or database should not be handled by a plugin in the software. This is something better handled at the server level. Any site beyond the smallest is simply too large for PHP to attempt to do this (and that's not even getting into file permissions/chmod and so forth).
