How to display all article categories (remove 'and X more')?

hi, where I could set the minimum number of shown subcategories? I assume its hard-coded somwhere. I want them all listed instead of having "and 3 more". PS I think the same mechanism might be controlling Downloads' categories as well, right?

For Pages, it’s this theme template.

 

You would need edit the part where it says {{if $counter >= 5}} and the line below that.
