Multiple Past Hour and Today in stream

I regularly have an issue, not always, where the Past Hour and Today groupings in a stream appear 2 or 3 times (see attached screen shot).

Any suggestions on why this is happening and how to fix...thanks (IPS v4.4.5, Firefox v68)

I've had this issue in the past and it was caused by outdated plugins.  Check every plugin.  

If you disable all, clear cache, and still have issue send in a ticket.
