Sonya* Posted May 9, 2019 Posted May 9, 2019 Hi, I have run Support Tool in ACP and suddenly have a message: Quote There are some problems with your database Fix it The tables in question: I have not changed anything in the database myself recently. How this can happen, that there are suddenly issues? Is is a kind of automatic update that I have got? Am I safe to run the queries suggested? Sonya
Meddysong Posted May 9, 2019 Posted May 9, 2019 Those look safe. They're just replacing NULL in two tables with zeroes. The end query is changing some features of those tables so that they can't accept NULL anymore. It might be the result of changes made in an upgrade.
Sonya* Posted May 9, 2019 Author Posted May 9, 2019 I have upgraded 2 weeks ago. And I have run support tool some times since then. But the issue is new. Therefore I wonder why there were no issues before. What have changed and why? Automatic upgrade?
bfarber Posted May 9, 2019 Posted May 9, 2019 Unfortunately it's a bit tough to answer "how" or "why" this is showing up for you now, but essentially the database checker routine looked at the database structure and identified some stuff that isn't as it should be per the default table definition, and is recommending you change the table to match the correct default table definition. That's all.
