Renewed my license, got the latest package, uploaded it, but when i go to install it i get stuck at this error The compatibility checker and everything said all was fine. bfarber Posted February 28, 2019 Share Posted February 28, 2019 Usually that error would indicate you have not uploaded all of your files, or some files were corrupted during the upload. You should reupload the files from the main zip to ensure everything is present on your server.
