Soft delete?

Hi, is it possible with an Invision community forum to "softly" posts or topics rather than permanently delete them? In particular, how do I restrict the power of the moderating team to fully delete posts.

It's not that I don't trust them – I'm just worried about accidents.

I would like to be able to configure the moderating team simply to "hide" posts – "unapprove them" but not be able to permanently delete them.
