Invision Community 4: SEO, prepare for v5 and dormant account notifications By Matt Monday at 02:04 PM
Leenda Posted January 8, 2019 Posted January 8, 2019 Hey all, as of this morning none of the topics on my forum can be read. Any topic open shows this error: Quote [[Template forums/front/topics/topic is throwing an error. This theme may be out of date. Run the support tool in the AdminCP to restore the default theme.]] The support tool has been ran (and I used the option to disable all themes, apps, plugins, etc) and the forum was set to the default theme and the same exact error occurs when clicking on threads. Anyone experience a similar issue?
Adriano Faria Posted January 8, 2019 Posted January 8, 2019 Take a look in the System Logs on your ACP. Probably will point the error.
Marc Posted January 8, 2019 Posted January 8, 2019 If you cannot find the issue at that point, please post a support ticket, and we can take a look for you to see what is causing the problem

I am not personally sure how to resolve this if that's possible on my end.
Adriano Faria Posted January 8, 2019 Posted January 8, 2019 You better submit a ticket as @Marc Stridgen suggested.
