I want to add a link to the toolbar so when people click on "support" they get on a page where the message is send to 3 admins:

-index.php?/messenger/compose/&to=5  + i want to add 2 other admins. How can i do this? I tried to=5&to=2 but it doesnt work

Unfortunately, that is not currently possible. The "to" only accepts one value, and that is the ID of a member.
