Fix favicon?

hi. so i don't know if it's only my website, but every time i upload a favicon to my website, it won't load.  

is it a theme issue, maybe?

update: it is a theme issue.

i know it doesn't show up in the acp. it doesn't have a favicon on the actual browser and none of my users can see it when they view the website.

You have shown an image type png.
If this image tries to upload to ACP, you will not succeed.
You need a favicon.ico
