don't know how to install it :( a friend use to help me with the backend stuff I can do the majority of it but not that.

Download the file from the Marketplace.

In your ACP > System > Applications, click install. 

You can also search the forums here for how to install third-party apps.

I’ve tried everything and don’t understand why it's not showing up block manager, I did exactly what the directions said ;(

I also tried uninstalling and reinstalling, can someone please take a peek and see if I missed anything?

Have done permission settings for chatbox ? And send PM about the theme !
