Frontpage Posted November 5, 2018 Posted November 5, 2018 Went to upgrade from 4.3.5 to 4.3.6 using the automated Admin process but got a warning. I got a notification of a need to increase memory limit to 128MB. I changed the PHP.INI to 128MB and the upgrade process is stuck now. Can't access AdminCP and the ADMIN/UPGRADE just results in a checksession header which is a blank page. How can I manually restart the upgrade without having to reinstall the entire website? Thanks

Aiwa Posted November 5, 2018 Posted November 5, 2018 Clear browser cache and cookies and go to admin/upgrade again. You don't have to reinstall, please don't do that. Also, submit a ticket.
Frontpage Posted November 5, 2018 Author Posted November 5, 2018 When I clear out the browser and close it; it makes no difference. Main board URL reveals this message. https://i.imgur.com/hcAjqen.png AdminCP URL reveals a blank page. /Upgrade/ URL reveals a blank page.

Frontpage Posted November 5, 2018 Author Posted November 5, 2018 Thanks already submitted a ticket. Backups are done daily.
Aiwa Posted November 5, 2018 Posted November 5, 2018 Blank page usually means a php error. The only change you made was to your PHP.ini, have you tried reverting that change? You may have introduced a syntax error there that's causing this problem.
