Anyone else seeing this?

Actually I can't upload an image to illustrate the problem, but basically if you click 'insert other media' I get this (this is text only):

and if I try to upload an image another error appears too and the upload fails.

Did you get that on our site, or elsewhere?

If elsewhere, you may wish to try running the support tool and switching to an unmodified theme. If here, let us know if the issue persists.

This error was showing on this site.  The error is not showing now, so perhaps the maintenance update being performed on here sorted it out.

got the same error and unable to download attachments, support said IPS is working on it.

Well I just managed to upload the attachment so it's fixed 🙂

We experienced some temporary issues which are now resolved, yes.
