Targetting specific blocks with CSS

Is there a way to target specific blocks with css? I can't seem to see an unique class or ID for any of the blocks

data-blockid is unique

Yes, exactly what @Nathan Explosion suggested. Each block has an unique ID which can be targeted by CSS via the data-blockid attribute.
