Adding on to log on system with phone number

Hello Community of IPB,

Is their anyone out their willing to take this project on? I would like to allow my members to be able to use their phone numbers to log on to the board.

This is with no access to the ACP, but ...

1. You can already allow allow digits for login names.  

2. There's also some regex stuff in the ACP.  Disallow any letters or special characters.

3. Go through your login language strings and change anything from login to phone numbers

4. Be fancy and force 2FA during registration.
