What does it do?

I see the option in When reported as in the setup for automatic moderation, no idea what it means though? When setting up a report type all I see is a title to enter

The "Report Types" are simply the list of terms you define, which is then shown to you when you setup an Automatic Moderation rule, and from which you select the types that satisfy the "When reported as" part of the rule. (I hope that made sense.) And yes it's just a title, really. See the help text below that list when defining the rule: Select which report types count towards the trigger total
