running background task manually?

Is there a way to run background task/background process manually in 4.3? I remember it was possible in 4.2 but i don't see the run all background tasks manually anymore

Still there for me.

The link to run the tasks manually does not show for CiC clients, but you can visit the task manager and run the 'queue' task from there manually.
