Images posting as broken thumbnails

Hi,

Updated to 4.3.2 last week; since that time, members are reporting when posting remote images, rather than the image being displayed, a broken thumbnail appears.  I've tested this and can replicate the error.  My first thought was a custom theme issue, however the problem can be replicated with the default theme.

Have I missed something obvious?
