Custom Permission Denied Page

So where do we edit or create custom error pages? In this instance I would like something a little more friendly and informational than the stock permission denied page when a non member tries to view a forum or post... been searching my settings and templates but I am coming up empty so far.

For forums, it’s a per-forum setting in the forum settings:

Thank you! I did not drill down into the individual forums settings. Too bad this can't be done more generically but I can just do a lot of copy and pasting.
