The All Activity stream is great, it would be even greater if new items  would show up automatically without the need of pressing the "Click here to load it".

To avoid issues on heavy usage sites it should be off by default and have settings like "load new items after  1/5/10 etc. minutes and usergroup permissions. 

Yes please. Small things like this make a HUGE difference in site feel.
