Anybody else getting a blank csv file when exporting their member list?

Only one member in my test board, but yes, this member was downloaded correctly. Have you changed something in the settings before the download? At least it should show the database field names in the file if you have set criteria no member is fulfilling.

There was a bug which prevented that the list was created at all with IN_DEV which I have just fixed, but beside this, it's working correct for me.

I am also getting this error when importing a member list:

I don't know of any settings I would have or could have changed with a member export, but no I do not believe so. I do not get the database field names.
