Accidentally assigned my self as administrator

Was messing with my member groups and accidentally unassigned my self as admin, now cant access admin panel whoops. Any ideas how to fix

You need to access your database via host panel and edit your record in core_members table.

Simple then. Click above in Client Area and submit a ticket. They will do it for you.
