Any idea how I can fix these things except for the location (fixed that one on another topic that is apparently closed)?

First two positions depends on your template. You can put the template code of forums-front-topics-postContainer here and we can help you (or somebody can help you without that.. may be.. i can't :)).

For the last position i think it is additional fielf in member profiles. You can manage it in ACP. Just edit them and correct the showing format field from something like 'Location:{content}' to 'From: {content}'
