Force form completion on registration?

Im not sure if its even possible, so I thought I'd inquire. My community runs into the problem that they dont fill out necessary information.  I was wondering if its possible to  FORCE them to fill out a form upon registration no matter the method of registration they choose,  steam,twitch, default.  A form similar to a google form where I can gather all the data
