How do you use the Ignore function on a mobile device?

I have quite a few users on our forums wanting to use the Ignore option on other users, but those who access the forum on a mobile device can't find how to do this, and I've been unable to help them either.

I'm running Invision Community v4.2.7 with default themes with no customisation.

Can anyone advise?

It should be available in the off-screen sidebar. Account → Ignored Users.
