pages database template for two editor fields

I have a long poem of 488 pages the same has been translated in English and Hindi 

We will have record for each page 

records will have two editors    -  one for English and other one for Hindi

I want to showcase this with two column page (responsive)

What changes I need to do in template

 

I have added an extra field ....Editor

there are settings

above the item content or below the item content

 

I need side of item content

or two columns   one for content 1 and other one for content 2

I am unable to find developer for IPS in my country

Please help me find the same
