Wicked007 Posted December 3, 2017 Posted December 3, 2017 hey , just wanted to ask what could be the cause of members not getting Notifications ? This is reported to us and after looking at the settings nothing has changed. One member said something about Cookies on the site .. Any suggestions as to what to do ?
AlexWright Posted December 3, 2017 Posted December 3, 2017 First, check your ACP>Members>Notifications. These are the default settings for all members upon registration. Next, have any members who are not receiving notifications on events check their personal notification settings (Notifications Drop Down> Notification Settings).
