Stuck in installation

I am currently stuck at "install" where it says "Please wait while we transfer you...".

I have typed in all the right database information.

What could be the problem?

Maybe print screen would show what stage stuck at.

I'm assuming you're on self-hosted.  If you're on cloud, there is no need to install.  

1. Run the compatibility checker to make sure your server meets the minimum requirements:

2.  Follow the install guide:

3.  Send in a support topic in the Client Area.  Make sure your login information / FTP access is updated and accurate.

Yeah, like 10 times or so.
