Why the image not appear when i share to twitter

Hello. Sorry for my english but on twitter i share a topic on my forum to twitter, there is no image to appear:

 

 

But when i share a topic via a non-IPS site, there is an image from their topic:

 

 

So, why IPS don't let appearance of an image from topic?

 

There is a trick? A code? A plug-in for showing an image on twitter as like on facebook...?

You can add the Sharer Logo in your theme settings as a default for social media sharing. 

There is no dynamic system like “post image to Twitter card” in place currently.

There is no feature in twitter or IPS forum?

Because i see an image for every topic on news account on Twitter:

 

So IPS also can change some code and make as like other system... And an image can show on twitter automatically as like facebook
