How do you ignore reactions

A user has pointed out to me that although he has a user on ignore he still see's the users reactions to things in the activity field.  How can this be fixed please?

Activity field? Do you maybe mean Activity Feed?
And what reactions? The reactions functions or things like replies?

Regarding content like replies, only the post text is hidden by default. The item is not entirely removed in topics or feeds. It’s always been this way and it’s intentionally set up this way. But I also don’t like it and it’s not like how any social media service handles blocking.

Activity feed, yes sorry.

These reactions to posts is what I mean as seen in the screenshot.  And yes they should not show.  Ignore should be ignore.

There must be a way to sort this?

This is something that can not be done through the default options in Ipb. It will require custom developement.
