New 2FA permission in forums settings for granting access

There should be a new permission setting in

ACP -> Community -> Forums -> edit any forum -> Forum settings Tab -> Permissions Area

which allows

"Members without activated 2FA can see/use forum"   |    YES / NO Toggle

Reason: It's an important security feature. There are forums, that I only want members to see/read/write if they use the additional 2FA security layer.

If I'm not mistaken, @Ryan Ashbrook made a plugin for this but I can't find it anywhere.
