Invision Community 4: SEO, prepare for v5 and dormant account notifications By Matt Monday at 02:04 PM
levsha Posted September 19, 2017 Posted September 19, 2017 Hello! I have a problem with the editor, when using the Internet Explorer browser, when the user clicks "Enter", the message "B" appears in the message ... Having looked through the tooltips (alt) while hovering over the buttons of the editor, I found out that the Internet Explorer does not understand the encoding from them. Tell me how can I fix this? Invision Community 4.2.4 Thank you!
AndyF Posted September 19, 2017 Posted September 19, 2017 Latest version of Internet Explorer ? Does it still do this on the default English language ? Its worth quickly checking this.

That may be worth a look however if you are having issues still I would suggest a ticket in the Client Area so a support technician can take a look at the issue for you.
levsha Posted September 22, 2017 Author Posted September 22, 2017 I created a ticket for technical support. But it's strange that the encoding is incorrect in the description of only the standard buttons of the editor ... And yet these "B" when moving to a new paragraph or a new line ...

The support tech will be able to tell you what is going on. It is the type of issue where it does need someone to see it "live in action" so they can look at the page source (for example) or other such debugging to see what is likely causing it.
