Make Picture a clickable link

I know, as long as i have been been a client i should know this answer, but.........

Wondering how to make a post......picture is clickable

This post will be a picture, but if someone clicks on the picture, it takes them to a url link of my choosing

i'm looking to do this on my site, not here
