Removing "Message" from Staff Directory

Hi everyone,

I'm wondering if there is an easy way to remove the "Message" below from some users in the Staff Directory?  For certain people on the list I'm not wanting to show the message list.

You could create a custom staff directory template 

or edit the layout_block template https://invisioncommunity.com/4guides/themes-and-customizations/advanced-theming/using-the-template-editor-r125/ and remove

}

Change 49 and 62 on users IDs
