Michael R Posted August 9, 2017 Posted August 9, 2017 I have a member who is getting a "banned" message. His account is not locked or restricted in any way. He sent me a screen shot. When I log in as him I do not have a problem. Any guesses?

CP Posted August 10, 2017 Posted August 10, 2017 Was his IP accidentally added to the ban list? I would say that maybe his IP address ended up in IPS spam prevention but if he was registered on your site before that happened, he would still be able to login to your site. That is strange to say the least.
